The case sides smoothly transition to a screwed-on exhibition case back that mirrors the crystal’s domed contour, enhancing the watch’s streamlined profile and space-age aesthetics. "I am impressed with this watch. The design is unique and well executed, and the finish is to a high standard. I love the recurring theme of the stripes and concentric rings, and even the movement has a bit of decoration that is consistent with the look of the watch. It really does remind me of something from the early space age. The Miyota movement keeps decent time too. I think this is a real advancement for Timex. I’m glad I bought it and it is a fun piece and totally worth the money. What I like best is that it’s not a copy of some more expensive watch. It is original and quirky. Again, Timex has exceeded themselves here."

Great looks but scratches easy
"I really love this watch! The overall design and all the details really appeal to me. I was hesitant buying it online but it's exactly what I hoped and better! When reading up on it online, people complain about the strap, the subdial and the case thickness. I personally have no issues with either of those, I think it's perfect! The only real drawback for me is the domed crystal. While it looks amazing, it gets scratched so easily as it sticks out so high. I wish it was sapphire instead of plastic. Of course I dinged it on the first day..."
