It blends seamlessly into the flat case sides, leaving only the lugs exposed. The case sides smoothly transition to a screwed-on exhibition case back that mirrors the crystal’s domed contour, enhancing the watch’s streamlined profile and space-age aesthetics. You’ll find a concentric circle pattern in three key locations on this timepiece: beneath the dome on the inner bezel, on the crown, and on the case back. "I truly like the look, the feel, and style of this watch, even if the strap is a bit thin. However, for the particular watch I received, the power reserve does not last more than a few hours, even after wearing it all day. It will only last a few hours, not even the entire night after taking it off. I am returning it back to Timex, and will order a new one (as for some reason they don't allow straight up exchanges), hopefully this is just a one off for the one I received. If the next one has a proper reserve (should be ~36 hours), this will change to a 5-star."

I'm a little confused about the functionality of the sub dial: two people asked about whether it could be used as a GMT function, and the two answers conflict, as one suggests that you can set the subdial to a different time zone, and the other answer says you cannot. I suspect you can't (because that would be a BIG selling point, and it is not mentioned in the specs). I am very much in the market for a nice, affordable MECHANICAL GMT. Unfortunately, the only GMT that Timex offers has a quartz movement. Nothing wrong with a good quartz (considering that they are ALL more accurate than even the highest priced automatic Swiss Made), but I am one of those people that only wears mechanicals.
