Stainless Steel Case
TW2Y37600
A quartz analog movement is powered by a battery. Quartz movements are highly accurate, capable of keeping time to within milliseconds per day.
Engineered for Accuracy
A quartz analog movement runs on a battery and keeps time with the steady vibration of a tiny crystal. It’s highly accurate, low-maintenance, and powers the hands with precise ticks.
This stainless-steel case is highly resistant to rust, corrosion, and tarnish, ensuring your watch remains in excellent condition over time. It's also hypoallergenic and incredibly strong.
Natural leather is the traditional choice for watch straps. Our real leather is oiled, waxed, and coated to resist water and soften with wear.
A lightweight plastic polymer with excellent impact resistance and a warm vintage appearance that can be easily polished to remove scuffs.
Highly impact-resistant
Acrylic lens are a specialised form of plastic akin to Plexiglass and were commonly used in early to mid-20th century watches. It is a softer material that can be more prone to scratches but conversely is very shatter-resistant. Given its softness any scratches though can be buffed out. Acrylic lens are synonymous with vintage-inspired timepieces and thus can be found on our Marlin and Q Timex collections.

"Other than my Citizen Field Watch, this Marlin keeps the most accurate time to nearly the second from my iPhone. It’s such a nice-looking watch too very practical and gets compliments all the time. For the money I recommend."
"Insanely nice! Just wish the MK1 also came in a quartz at the 36mm size because then I’d add another timex to the collection. It’s insane how much better plastic crystals are on vintage inspired watches. Just beautiful."
"Another absolutely beautiful vintage-styled watch from Timex! Like the mechanical Marlin reissues from a few years back, this has the same 34 mm case width and similarly classic styling. Unlike those Marlins, however, it has a slightly brighter face and reflective hands (making it easier to read) and a quartz movement (making it more accurate and reliable). Not being a fan of leather straps, I switched it out for a NATO-style one and it pairs nicely."
"The Marlin 34mm is my very first in this size. I love the vintage look and feel to this watch. It’s my go-to when I don’t have time to set my automatics."
"Great watch and wonderful design."
"Simple and elegant. Good looking watch."
"This is a simple but elegant watch that doesn’t draw too much attention—online photos really don’t do it justice. The leather strap is okay, but when the light hits it, the domed crystal and dial really shine. I have a skinnier wrist and I'm not into oversized watches, so this one fits me perfectly. Good for formal and business casual."
"The best watch I’ve ever owned! Highly recommend to watch aficionados on a budget!"
"Absolutely another home run for Timex. I have several of the 34mm Marlin hand winds and now it’s nice to have this size with a quartz movement. In a world of ginormous watches and computer wearables, this retro size and throwback simplicity is perfect. My biggest problem is deciding which to wear for the day. Highly recommend!"
"In the world of your vintage inspired watches, this is my ultimate favorite. It is very similar to the California dial in its simplicity (minus a few Roman numerals…) but the quartz movement makes it so very easy. It is just very elegant and small and unadorned. Honestly perfect! When it went out of stock, I was looking very day for its return and it was everything I could have wished for!"
