This dynamic update to our Waterbury Ace offers all the character of a classic pilot’s watch, but with the fast functionality of our proprietary Intelligent Quartz® fly-back chronograph movement designed in Pforzheim, Germany. The black dial houses fan-shaped sub-dials at the 4 o'clock and 10 o'clock positions with yellow retrograde hands. A single press of the fly-back pusher instantly resets the chronograph to display the current time in the current lap without the need to stop and reset, and when the chronograph isn’t in use, the upper sub-dial doubles as a second time zone indicator. The 43mm case is crafted of stainless steel with a brushed finish, and we’ve paired it with a brown eco-friendly natural leather strap equipped with quick-release spring bars.Specifications

Enhanced durability
Mineral crystals use a similar material to windowpane glass and were developed for watches as a harder alternative to acrylic. Mineral crystals are still susceptible to scratches but less so than acrylic, however it is not possible to buff out these scratches as it is with acrylic. Mineral glass is not as shatter resistant as acrylic but does offer greater transparency and clarity. Due to their improved scratch resistance versus acrylic, and improved shatter resistance versus sapphire, mineral is often considered to be the best of both worlds as a crystal material.
