"Carelessly made. The loop part of the hook and loop closure wasn't sewn squarely onto the strap. Which meant that the strap wouldn't pass through the buckle. Yes, a bit of trimming with a scissor fixed the problem. But really, should the customer have to repair the manufacturing process?"
