I have had this model
"I have had this model in silver before and thought it was great so I bought the black face model. I use it on my tempo runs and rely on the timer and alarm. The alarm is not loud enough for me to hear during my runs. This might be a low battery in the watch but it is brand new so it shouldn't be low. My other watches are loud enough."

- Your manual says: Single simple Interval Timer with four segments: Warm Up, Interval 1, Interval 2, Cool Down. It also says: If you set both Timers in Interval Timer to repeat, Timer will countdown both intervals and then repeat entire sequence. I assume by both timers in interval you mean Interval 1, Interval 2. But what about the repeat? Does it repeat endless or just once or is there a repeat configuration? Do I have to manually switch it off afterwards? Can I just have to beep and not the flash configured?
- Hi Pascal! Great question — the Interval 1 and Interval 2 are the two timers referenced in the manual. When both are set to repeat, the entire sequence (Warm Up → Interval 1 → Interval 2 → Cool Down) will loop continuously until you manually stop it. Timer will countdown both intervals and then repeat entire sequence until you stop it manually. The alert behavior (beep and flash) is built into the watch and cannot be configured separately.
