"The product itself was exactly what I expected it to be. I used to own the same style in the 90s/00s, and bought it as a nostalgic gift for my toddler. Unfortunately, there was an error after purchase and I didn't receive my online receipt directly after. It took a bit of back and forth with customer service to finally get this, and by the time I received my receipt the product had already arrived. I was worried that my order would not be honoured as there was no receipt at hand. I was able to get an order number, which was my saving grace. Apparently, there was a website glitch.
