Due to their improved scratch resistance versus acrylic, and improved shatter resistance versus sapphire, mineral is often considered to be the best of both worlds as a crystal material.

I emailed for help and was told to take it "to a kiosk" at the mall to have the two mentioned issues resolved. Seriously? I live an hour from any mall!
